How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your DoodlyBoo account directly from the app:
- Open the DoodlyBoo app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login information
- All uploaded drawings
- All AI-generated images and videos
- Your credit balance (forfeited, non-refundable)
- Any community gallery posts you’ve made
Timeline
Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will not be able to sign in. After a 15-day processing period, all personal data and media files are permanently deleted.
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account, to avoid continued billing.
- Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be refunded.
