Give a drawing a voice
Type a line and the character says it out loud. The monster your son invented last Tuesday can now introduce itself — in its own voice, in its own words.
How it works
- Transform a drawing into a photo or a video in the app.
- Choose the voice option.
- Type what the character should say — or let your child dictate it.
- The AI generates spoken audio in a voice that fits the character.
Let the child write the line
It is tempting to write something clever on their behalf. Resist it. Children write dialogue for their own characters that no adult would think of, and hearing their exact words come out of their own drawing is the moment that actually lands.
For younger kids who cannot type yet, ask them what the character would say and write it down verbatim — including the grammar mistakes. Those are the bits they will want to replay.
Things worth trying
- An introduction. "Hello, I am Blorp and I have four eyes because I like looking at things."
- A bedtime message. A character your child drew telling them goodnight.
- A birthday greeting. Send a relative a talking version of a drawing made for them.
- A story character. Make several characters and let them each say a line.
What about safety?
The voice is entirely AI-generated — nothing records or clones your child's voice. Generated content is filtered, account actions sit behind a parental gate, and we do not sell data to third parties. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what is collected and why.
Combine it with the rest
A talking character works best on top of an animated video, so the drawing moves while it speaks. If you are new to the app, start with a simple photo transformation first.
